We have used Ferara for several years now and are always happy with the service. We go on holiday knowing Alfie will be well looked after until we come home.
Our cat Jodie stayed at Ferara for 8 nights in September, she was very content when we collected her and we would be happy to recommend to other cat owners. We were able to visit prior to Jodie staying and found the owner welcoming, and the premses well kept. The runs were clean and tidy and have heating if required although the weather was warm during her stay. Food is provided however we supplied our own as Jodie tends to like only certain products, this was not a problem for the cattery. At the age of 16 this was the first time Jodie had stayed at a cattery and we would be happy to use Ferara on future occasions.
Our cat Bella has had three separate stays with Jane and her friendly staff this year. Always well looked after and we know she is in good hands. No hesitation in recommending Ferara for future boarding for Bella. Teresa and Mel.
I was happy with Ferara Cattery overall. The owner and staff were very helpful and caring. My cat seem to be happy when I picked her up and have also put on a bit of weight.
Our cat is looked after with genuine care and affection by Jane; I would certainly recommend this cattery for either short or long stays.
Our kitten has had three visits to the cattery and has always been well looked after in a clean and friendly environment. Familiar items are welcomed to be left, such as his favourite toys and blanket. He has been given his flea treatments, if required, when mentioned as he is booked in. I collected him today after his last stay and he is looking healthy with a very glossy coat. Thanks for looking after him, I’m sure he will be back for another ‘holiday’ soon!
Recommended by a regular user, and impressed by a "viewing", we have not been disappointed. Good facilities. Big enough, but not too big an operation. Good quality food used. Competitive pricing. Able to help us out with a late change to dates. We will not be looking elsewhere.
Beautiful surroundings with clean and spacious pens. Friendly and experienced staff. My cats were looked after well and came home happy ( as happy as a cat is after being taken to a cattery by their human mummy, one still hasn't forgiven me and it's been a week).
We boarded our 3 cats with Ferara Boarding cattery for around 3 months as we sold our house and the house we bought took much longer than expected so we were in holiday homes. Jane was very good to us, looking after the cats as we had to extend their stay for much longer than expected, Thank you Jane for looking after them so well, they've settled back in with us so quickly. They seem relaxed and happy and we would not hesitate to recommend Ferara to any of our friends. Once again thank you Jane
Ferara is a well organised and very clean cattery. My cat has boarded twice and been very well looked after. Booking is easy to do, efficient communication and payment facilities
